It took a long time to this point. While having a huge work load my family and me decided to buy a new house. After renevationg and moving I finally found some time to do the first cust. Even, if it was still the wrong scale, the movie shows, that TRON works in general.

After a long config session in PCNC I figured out, how my maschine works. I used 4mm Pappel-wood. The speed is not perfect and could be optimized to higher speed later. The result of the second cut was perfect, at least for modell building, what I am doing.

The old and cheap mill motor was to loud. I dicided to buy a new Proxxon motor, which was a very good decision. With original sound.

Today I cutted my first complete self developed rips set for a slying wing (FMT HAI). I used a 1mm cutter in 2mm Ceiba (very light pywood)

On user request I cuttet a CFK motor mount out of a 2mm CFK plate. The result was not bad for my first try
